Would you take a kidney if you needed one?
Nearly everyone would. But less than 6% of us have joined the Organ Donor Register.

More than 44 million people in the US have chronic kidney disease (ckd).  That's 1 in 7.  In 2008,   4,573 kidney patients – that's 12.5 a day - died waiting because there are not enough organs available.
